Job summary

HOERBIGER is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our business across Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. You will combine technical expertise with strong customer relationships to turn complex requirements into effective rotary union and customized solutions.

You will drive profitable growth by developing new opportunities, managing accounts, and negotiating quotes while collaborating with technical, production and service teams across Italy and abroad.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, electrotechnical engineering or similar.
• Minimum five years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany territory and expand the customer base.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers and opportunities.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose rotary unions and customized solutions.
• Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with technical office, production and service teams to deliver the right solution.
