Marsh McLennan cerca neolaureati da inserire nel team Enterprise Risk Services a Milano, in un programma di Graduate Professionale. Il ruolo è ibrido, con formazione completa e tutor dedicato, per sviluppare competenze in gestione del rischio aziendale.

Il percorso prevede un internship di 6 mesi, con successiva possibilità di contratto di apprenticeship e salario lordo annuo iniziale di 28.000 EUR.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Economia (gestione, finanza, gestione del rischio)
• Dominio fluente di italiano e inglese
• Competenze avanzate in strumenti IT, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint

Mansioni

• Lavorare su rischi d’impresa per aziende industriali, offrendo consulenza su design, implementazione e miglioramento di approcci e strumenti di gestione del rischio
• Valutazione delle lacune e sviluppo di roadmap
• Quadro di appetito al rischio, governance e KPI di rischio
• Coordinare campagne di valutazione del rischio e analisi quantitativa del rischio
• Sviluppare indicatori chiave di rischio e migliorare la cultura del rischio
• Collaboration con altri team per soluzioni trasversali ai clienti

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in risk management consulting? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Services team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme. This role will be based in Milan for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk, a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, People & Investments.

Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunity to work on activities related to enterprise risks for industrial companies, providing expert advice to clients in the design, implementation, and improvement of approaches, methodologies, and tools aimed at integrating risk management into their internal processes.
• Gap assessment
• Roadmap development
• Risk appetite frameworks/statements
• Risk governance
• Coordination of risk assessment campaigns
• Quantitative risk analysis
• Strategic plan risk analysis
• Development of key risk indicators
• Risk culture enhancement
• Risk reporting
• Ad hoc initiatives (e.g. operational and insurable risk assessments)
• Develop ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing clients’ internal controls and risk management systems
• Collaborate with colleagues from other teams (e.g. cyber, compliance, public entities) to implement cross-functional solutions and products for our clients.

Requirements

• University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)
• Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English
• IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)
