TOD'S Group, eccellenza del Made in Italy, cerca un Sales Assistant per rappresentare il brand in negozio a Milano. Sarai ambasciatore del marchio, offrendo un servizio mirato alle esigenze dei clienti e costruendo relazioni durature tramite strumenti CRM interni.

Il ruolo prevede 40h settimanali, condizioni sull'onda del segmento lusso e possibilità di utilizzo di benefit aziendali. Richiesta esperienza e passione per la moda e il lusso.

Qualifications

• Esperienza in ruoli simili nel fashion/luxury retail.
• Ottima attenzione al dettaglio e al cliente.
• Capacità di superare obiettivi di vendita.

Responsibilities

• Servire i clienti seguendo i principi del brand TOD'S.
• Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti e raccontare una storia coerente con il marchio.
• Utilizzare tecniche di vendita per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi del negozio e i KPI individuali.
• Gestire relazioni con i clienti tramite CRM e follow-up per costruire una clientela fidelizzata.
• Mantenere la boutique ordinata e allineata agli standard del brand.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the TOD’S promise. By deeply understanding each Client and their needs, you will personalize their experience in our store, enhancing their perception of the Brand and also building long lasting relationships through the use of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.

You are a Tod´s Ambassador promoting our Company Values.

Main tasks:

• Serve customers accordingly with the TOD’S values and selling ceremony;
• Maintain strong product knowledge and create a storytelling aligned with brand;
• Use effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual KPIs;
• Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and CRM, in order to create a solid client portfolio and to build loyalty;
• Keep the boutique organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards;
• Manage and support team in daily operational activities on the sales floor (restocking, organizing merchandise, visual merchandising, physical inventory of merchandise, etc.);
• Manage payments, returns, and exchanges;
• Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Tod’s standards and policies.

Required skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within fashion/luxury retail companies (minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same role);
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset;
• Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways of creating tangible value and magic for the clients;
• Excellent commercial awareness and client-oriented;
• Deep passion and knowledge for fashion and luxury;
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results;
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and needs;
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and accountability;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Availability to work shifts, weekends (if applicable), high-traffic periods and holidays;
• Fluency in English required; additional languages strongly preferred.
