We are OPPO's authorized distributor in Italy and are launching a Management Trainee Program tailored to the Italian market. This program is designed to identify and develop high‑potential managerial talents from outstanding graduates or young professionals. Through a combination of practical experience and systematic training, trainees are expected to grow into regional sales managers within 1–2 years, taking responsibility for store operations, sales management, and team empowerment.
