Delvaux is seeking a Sales Advisor for our boutique in Milan. In this role, you will welcome and advise local and international customers while achieving sales goals. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and managing stock.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of luxury retail experience, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a passion for the Delvaux brand. We offer a competitive salary and meal vouchers.

We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor for our boutique in Milan.

• Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux by offering an unforgettable client experience and build a solid client relationship.


• Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director.


• Verify and manage stock status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs.


• Be an example of your sales-driven mindset building long-lasting connections with local clients.


• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers.


• Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales.


• Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards.


• Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager.

How will you experience success with us?

• 1/2 years of experience in retail luxury.
