Delvaux is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Milan boutique to welcome, advise and retain local and international customers, delivering an unforgettable client experience.

You will develop sales, manage stock, and maintain brand standards while building lasting relationships with clients. Fluency in English, 1–2 years in luxury retail, strong communication and a passion for the brand are required; a commission scheme and meal vouchers are offered.

• 1/2 years of experience in retail luxury.
• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities.

• Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux by offering a unforgettable client experience and build a solid client relationship.
• Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director.
• Verify and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs
• Be an example of your sales driven mindset building long-lasting connections with local clients
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers
• Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales
• Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards
• Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager.
