Delvaux in Milan, Italy is seeking a luxury retail professional to welcome and advise local and international clients, building lasting relationships while driving sales. You will manage stock levels, maintain premium visual merchandising, and uphold the brand’s hospitality standards in a high-end corner.

The role requires a sales mindset, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English, with a passion for the Delvaux brand and teamwork.

Competenze

• 1/2 years of experience in retail luxury.
• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities.
• English fluent.
• Excellent presentation and passion for the brand.

Mansioni

• Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux by offering a unforgettable client experience and build a solid client relationship.
• Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director.
• Verify and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs.
• Be an example of your sales driven mindset building long-lasting connections with local clients.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers.
• Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales.
• Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Delvaux standards.
• Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager.
