360 Talent is delighted to be recruiting a Style Advisor for a prestigious international luxury fashion house in the beautiful destination of Porto Cervo, Sardinia.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and sales-driven individual with a genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service.

Location: Porto Cervo, Sardinia

Contract: 1 April – 20 October 2027

Salary: Up to €35,000 + commission

Contract: CCNL Commercio – III/IV Level

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury shopping experience.
• Provide expert styling advice and build complete looks tailored to clients' preferences and lifestyles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an international VIP clientele.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Build a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling, personalised appointments and follow-ups.
• Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of service.
