Job summary

Miramis Group is seeking a Barman/Barlady for Isolotto Beach Club in Porto Ercole for the 2027 summer season. You will lead the bar team, welcome guests with passion, craft iconic drinks, and coordinate with the dining room and kitchen for events. The contract runs April to October with a gross salary starting at €25,158 plus potential bonuses for holidays, nights, overtime, and tips. A hospitality diploma is required; mixology certifications are a plus.

Position

We are looking for a Barman/Barlady for 2027 summer season, at our Isolotto Beach Club, reporting to the Beach Club Manager.

Your Role and Mission at Miramis

You will welcome guests with passion and professionalism, lead the bar team by example and with a collaborative spirit, and create iconic, unique drinks, paying attention to every detail to deliver a memorable and personalized experience. Together with the Bar Manager, you will ensure flawless service throughout all operational phases of the bar, from mise en place to closing, coordinating stock and inventory management. You will also collaborate with the dining room and kitchen for special events and room service.

Requirements

Requirements for the role:

• Hospitality school diploma (mandatory)
• Mixology or hospitality management certifications are a plus
• Excellent mastery of classic and modern mixing techniques
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, liquors, wines, bitters, and soft drinks
• Coffee-making and breakfast service skills
• Experience with digital ordering and POS systems
• Compliance with HACCP regulations
• Inventory, stock management, and reordering skills
• Food pairing knowledge and innovative cocktail presentation
• Experience in room service, events, and banqueting in luxury contexts

Other information

Contract and compensation:

• Seasonal contract for 2027, approximately from April to October. Start and end dates may vary depending on the property and operational needs;
• Gross annual salary starting from €25.158, to which variable elements are added where applicable: public holidays, Sundays, night shifts, overtime/additional work, and tips; salary varies according to the candidate’s experience and is assessed during the individual selection process;
• Contract in line with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Tourism – Confcommercio, with a 5 working days + 2 days off schedule.
• Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) of €8 for each day of work;
• For relocating employees : shared accommodation at our Staff Residence or apartment;
• Shuttle service to work for relocating employees without a car;
• Discounts and partnerships for health and personal care, training, travel, and entertainment.
