Job summary

Leonardo, a leading aerospace and defence group, is seeking a Technology & Innovation Specialist for the Helicopters Division. You will help shape the Division’s Product & Technology Innovation Plan and oversee the execution of Innovation initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.

You will engage senior managers, SMEs and internal/external stakeholders to align roadmaps, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and support T&I culture and education within an international environment.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Helicopters Division PTIP in coordination with other departments and Leonardo Corporate.
• Govern the Innovation Management process and prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate division technological roadmaps with stakeholders across geographies.
• Develop and coordinate internal T&I networks and projects.
• Support activities to improve T&I culture and Education across the division.
• Assist external communications with T&I activities.
