Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Lombardia, Italy, seeks a DTS Clinical Sales Specialist to drive adoption of the ROSA™ robotic system. You will provide clinical support, collaborate with the sales team, and develop hospital onboarding plans to increase robotic-assisted procedures.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in medical devices, at least 1 year in clinical or orthopedic sales, and preference for robotics experience. Italian native and English at B2 level are expected. Travel about 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of medical device experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.
• Prior experience with robotics or advanced equipment preferred.
• Italian: Native/ Excellent communication skills. English: B2.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and facilitate the adoption of robotic assisted procedures using ROSA™ system.
• Develop hospital-specific multi-disciplinary onboarding plans to increase robotic-assisted surgeries and follow-up sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to drive adoption of ROSA™ and achieve business goals.
• Educate teams and enhance ZB Edge Suite integrated technologies and workflow.
