Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to build and guide the clinical field sales team in the region. You will oversee clinical usage of the da Vinci Surgical System, including installations, training, and growth within the installed base.

You will recruit, train, and lead the Clinical Sales team, expand usage across existing and new accounts, and collaborate with Marketing, MACA, Genesis, and Customer Service to implement new strategies.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent in life science or business discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years sales experience including 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
• Results oriented with track record of setting objectives and delivering.
• Experience in coaching and training a medical device sales team.
• Ability to build and lead a team in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical field sales team within the assigned region.
• Manage clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the installed base.
• Hire, train, and develop the Clinical Sales team.
• Expand clinical usage by training surgeons across specialties.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other functions on strategies.
• Support sales team in closing deals and conducting customer visits.
• Travel up to 70% as required by business needs.
