Zimmer Biomet in Lombardia, Italy, seeks a DTS Clinical Sales Specialist to drive adoption of the ROSA™ robotic system. You will provide clinical support, collaborate with the sales team, and develop hospital onboarding plans to increase robotic-assisted procedures.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in medical devices, at least 1 year in clinical or orthopedic sales, and preference for robotics experience. Italian native and English at B2 level are expected. Travel about 80% is required.

What You Can Expect

The DTS Clinical Sales Specialist executes successful programs for the ROSA™ system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA™ on the clinical level. The TDS Clinical Sales Specialist also plays a critical role in supporting the utilization of ROSA™ system.

Compensation:

The compensation indicated in this job posting represents the minimum annual salary for the position. Final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.

1. Applicable CCNL: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sectors – CNEL code H011
2. Minimum base annual salary: € 37,318.00
3. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives. Your recruiter will discuss these elements with you during the recruitment process.

How You'll Create Impact

General Functions

• Subject matter expert for the ROSA™ robotic system as well procedure expert in multidisciplinary field as Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures.
• Provide clinical support and facilitate the adoption of robotic assisted procedures using ROSA™ system.
• Together with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities.
• In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity.
• Connects with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals.
• Supports advance technology upgrades.
• Educate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologies.
