Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to lead the clinical field sales team across the region, directing installations, training, and utilization growth of the da Vinci Surgical System within the installed base.

You will recruit, train, and develop the Clinical Sales team, collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Government Affairs, and travel up to 70% to support growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in life science or business discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years sales experience including 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
• Results oriented with proven objective setting and delivery.
• Experience coaching and training a medical device sales team.
• Ability to build and lead a team in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to 70% travel or field presence as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within the installed base.
• Lead clinical sales activities to achieve and exceed senior management goals.
• Expand clinical usage in existing accounts and train new surgeons.
• Recruit, train, and develop the Clinical Sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other functions to implement strategies.
• Support the team on closing deals, sales presentations, and customer visits.
• Diagnose knowledge gaps and implement targeted training plans.
