Freenow in Rome is seeking a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations, onboarding, and driver relations. You will act as the face of the platform for onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations from our Rome Driver Office.

Based in Rome, you will monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and coordinate driver communications while ensuring service quality and collaboration with Product and Central Operations teams. Fluency in Italian and strong data skills are essential.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment.
• Fluent Italian is required; advanced English for internal communication and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Mansioni

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office, onboarding, compliance checks, and training protocols.
• Identify product bugs and operational bottlenecks, translating real-world usage into feedback for Product and Central Operations.
• Monitor field data to protect core marketplace KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are off.
• Coordinate driver communications and localized updates to stabilize fleet density during peak hours and events.
• Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines.
