Freenow by Lyft in Rome is seeking a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations. You will be the face of the platform for the driver community, handling onboarding, compliance checks, and day-to-day operations to uphold service quality.

You will use field insights and data to identify opportunities to improve the experience for drivers and passengers, monitor KPIs, and coordinate local driver communications and promotions during peak hours.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment.
• Fluent Italian is required due to regular interaction with local drivers; advanced English is required for internal communication and reporting
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs

Mansioni

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office, onboarding, compliance checks, and training protocols, maintaining a professional relationship with the taxi sector
• Identify product bugs, UI friction, and operational bottlenecks from field insights and feedback for Product and Central Operations teams
• Monitor field data to protect core marketplace KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are missed
• Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines
• Coordinate and run localized driver communications, updates, and promotions to stabilize fleet density during peak hours and events
