Freenow in Rome is seeking a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations and onboarding for drivers. You will be the face of the platform, ensuring compliant onboarding and training while gathering insights to improve the driver and passenger experience.

The role requires 1-3 years in operations or fleet coordination, strong communication, and fluency in Italian with advanced English for internal reporting. The package includes local benefits and a competitive salary.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment.
• Fluent Italian is required due to regular interaction with local drivers; advanced English is required for internal communication and reporting.

Mansioni

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office. Act as the face of the platform to execute onboarding, compliance checks, and advanced training protocols.
• Leverage close contact with the local reality and driver behaviors to identify product bugs, UI friction, and bottlenecks; translate insights into feedback for Product and Central Operations.
• Monitor field data to protect core KPIs and implement corrections when supply health indicators deviate.
• Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate driver communications, updates, and promotions to stabilize fleet density during peak hours and events.

We are looking for a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations in Rome. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the driver community, supporting onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations while contributing to service quality and operational improvements. You will use field insights and data to help identify opportunities to enhance the experience for both drivers and passengers.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office. Act as the face of the platform to execute onboarding, compliance checks, and advanced training protocols, ensuring a professional and trusted relationship with the taxi sector
• Leverage your close contact with the local reality and driver behaviors to identify product bugs, user interface friction, and operational bottlenecks. Map these real-world app usage patterns into actionable feedback for Product and Central Operations teams to improve the overall passenger and driver experience
• Monitor qualitative and quantitative field data to protect core marketplace KPIs. Implement immediate operational corrections when local supply health indicators deviate from targets
• Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines
• Coordinate and run localized driver communications, operational updates, and supply-side promotions designed to stabilize active fleet density during peak hours and high-demand city events

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Fluent Italian is required due to regular interaction with local drivers; advanced English is required for internal communication and reporting
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs

The pay range for this position is 24,000 - 28,000 EUR, annual gross, not inclusive of benefits. This range reflects the expected for the role and will be based on relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
