Freenow by Lyft in Rome seeks a Driver Operations Executive to act as the local face of the platform, handling onboarding, compliance checks, and training for drivers. You will use field insights to report issues and drive improvements across the rider and driver experience.

With 1-3 years in operations or high-touch roles, you will monitor KPI health, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while supporting peak demand periods.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment
• Fluency in Italian is required with strong English for internal communication

Mansioni

• Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office, onboarding, compliance checks, and advanced training protocols
• Identify product bugs, UI friction, and operational bottlenecks from field insights to feedback for product teams
• Monitor field data to protect core marketplace KPIs and implement immediate corrections
• Coordinate driver communications, updates, and supply-side promotions to stabilize fleet density
