Corpay in Rome seeks a Business Support Specialist (Law 68/99) to lead Customer Service and Account Executive teams, delivering high‑quality service to clients and internal stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Sales and collaborate across divisions.

Role includes investigations on returned wires, payment recalls, reconciliations, reporting, and proactive online client support in a fast‑paced environment. Training is provided.

Competenze

• A good listener who can work with stakeholders across functions.
• Keeps composure under pressure while handling inquiries.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Understanding of FX markets and derivative products is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar field is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Investigate returned wires and recall of payments; inform clients and AEs.
• Coordinate with OPS to gather missing info to release payments.
• Create transaction reports and provide Swift copies to support AE and client needs.
• Assist with Vostro reconciliation and report balances to clients.
• Match incoming amounts and release payments as needed.
• Provide online support for the platform and assist clients proactively.
• Check incoming payments and bank accounts with Operations.
