Corpay is hiring a Business Support Specialist for our Rome office within the Customer Service division. You will oversee day-to-day operations for the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams, supporting a high-performance culture aligned with strategic and revenue initiatives.

You will report to the Head of Sales and collaborate with colleagues across divisions to deliver a first-class service to internal and external customers, while developing strong processes and reporting.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar field is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of FX markets and derivatives preferred but not mandatory.
• Good listener and able to work with stakeholders across functions.

Mansioni

• Investigate returned wire and recall payments; update clients and AEs promptly.
• Contact AEs or clients to provide full missing info to release payments.
• Create transaction reports and provide Swift copies for AE's and clients.
• Assist with Vostro reconciliation; prepare lists and balance reports.
• Match incoming payments to release funds and address queries.
• Provide online support for our platform and assist clients.
• Coordinate with operations to verify payments and bank accounts.
• Invoicing requests from Compliance; manage client invoices.
• Draw down forwards manually on client or AE request when needed.
