Corpay is looking for a Business Support Specialist (Law 68/99) to join the Rome office and lead day-to-day efforts of the Customer Service and Account Executive teams. You will help deliver a high‑performing culture and first‑class service to internal and external customers.

The role reports to the Head of Sales and involves collaboration with multiple teams across the division, with responsibilities for investigations, payment recalls, reporting, and compliance‑related invoicing.

Competenze

• A good listener who can work with stakeholders in other functions to achieve objective.
• Ability to keep composure under pressure.
• Eager to learn and accept a challenge.
• Understanding of FX Markets and Derivative products preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in similar field would be an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Must be Fluent in English.
• Additional language skills would be an advantage (Spanish or French).

Mansioni

• Looking at investigations on returned wire and recall of payments; update clients and AEs accordingly.
• Follow OPS requests; contact AEs or clients to provide missing information to release payments.
• Create transaction reports and provide Swift copies; support AEs and clients.
• Assist with Vostro reconciliation; prepare lists and reports to clarify balances.
• Handle incoming payment matching and release of funds.
• Provide online support for our platform for clients.
• Coordinate with Operations to check incoming payments and bank accounts.
• Process invoicing requests from Compliance.
• Assist with drawdown and manually forward drawdown requests when required.
