Job summary

Street Smash Burgers seeks an Area Manager to lead our Rome-area restaurants, maintaining quality and growing the business as we expand across the city. You will build strong teams, drive sales and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards.

You will recruit and train Store Managers, analyze performance data, and collaborate with HQ on rollout plans. Travel across Rome-area locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Area or District Manager for multi-site restaurants or retail.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-site teams.
• Strong data analysis and results-focused mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel across Rome-area restaurants.
• Category B licence.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Nice-to-have: degree in Business/Management; QSR/fast casual or startup experience; Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Rome-area restaurants
• Drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Control food cost, labour cost and operating expenses
• Ensure quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Recruit, train and develop Store Managers and teams
• Support new restaurant openings
• Analyse reports and set action plans with HQ teams
