Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Rome cafe to lead sales and marketing initiatives aligned with the cafe operating strategy. You will support the Senior Leadership Team in upholding brand standards and core values while driving Hard Rock’s business objectives.

Responsibilities include managing CRM-driven customer acquisition, executing social-media campaigns, and developing multi-product marketing across restaurant, retail, live music, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Expertise in social media platforms.
• Background in music industry a plus.
