Hard Rock Cafe Rome is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage P&L, and coach hourly team members to uphold brand standards. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive retail and service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and people development skills, with fluency in English and a passion for music culture. This is a full-time, on-site position in Rome, Italy.

Competenze

• Proven experience in an Operations Managerial role within a high-volume casual/full-service restaurant.
• Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to mentor hourly staff and manage teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee department P&L and budget according to General Manager directives.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to deliver Hard Rock brand standards.
• Manage labor schedules aligned with budget and forecast models.
• Run a department/cost center and ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
• Collaborate across departments to maximize guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Engage with guests about music and brand heritage to enhance guest experience.
