Movu Robotics in Italy is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to join the After Sales & Service team. You will test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy, providing L1–L2 support and on-site training.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electromechanics (or equivalent experience), fluent Italian and English, and willingness to travel abroad. You must be comfortable with shifts, weekends, and working at height or in cold storage environments with proper safety

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Available to travel short periods abroad.
• Willing to work in shifts and weekends if needed.
• No fear of heights or vertigo.

Aufgaben

• Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy.
• Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
• Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
• Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas, escala, ifollow and others).
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
• Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri) and shifts/weekends.
• Projects may occur at height or in refrigerated areas; safety procedures are followed.
