Stryker is seeking a Mako Field Service Representative to provide on-site technical support, perform installations, repairs, maintenance and tests, and ensure tasks progress according to the schedule.

You will troubleshoot operational issues, identify customer needs and offer recommendations, develop strong customer relationships, and document service reports while collaborating with colleagues for first-rate support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks.
• Deliver, install, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.
• Resolve operational issues in the field and troubleshoot procedures.
• Identify issues and perform troubleshooting procedures.
