Join Stryker’s Orthopaedics team in Italy as a Product Support Specialist, working in the operating room to support joint replacement procedures and the Mako Robotic-Arm system. You will train surgeons and OR staff, drive adoption, and help implement robotic programs across Campania and Molise with field-based responsibilities.

The role requires a scientific/medical degree, 2+ years in healthcare or medical devices, and fluency in Italian (C2) with English at B2.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, technical, healthcare, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or a hospital environment.
• Proficiency in Italian at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• Field-based role with up to 80% travel across Campania and Molise.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site OR clinical support for conventional and robotic-assisted joint replacement procedures.
• Guide surgeons and OR teams through robotic-assisted procedures and workflows.
• Deliver hands-on training to surgeons and hospital staff to increase knowledge and adoption.
• Support implementation of robotic surgery programs and conduct workshops and cadaver labs.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Management to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Manage consignment stock and OR inventory to ensure product availability.
• Maintain regular territory planning while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
