Stryker is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair a broad portfolio of medical technologies across the Tuscany region. You will independently plan service visits, balance preventive maintenance with repairs, and document all field activity while meeting customer needs and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical, or biomedical engineering, fluent Italian, and English at B2 level or higher, with 1–3 years in medical devices or

• Bachelor's degree in electronic/mechanical/biomedical engineering or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English at B2 level or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical device repair or healthcare.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work autonomously.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, repair, and support Stryker medical technologies at customer sites.
• Plan and manage service visits across territories and schedules.
• Document activities and access technical information using software tools.
• AssistQuality with recalls, safety alerts, and field actions.
• Perform installations, calibrations, and software/hardware updates.
• Provide training to internal and external personnel and ensure traceability.
