Stryker in Italy (Rome area) is seeking a Mako Field Service Representative to perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and tests of Mako robotic devices, and to ensure service progress aligns with schedules. You will deliver technical support, troubleshoot issues, and document service reports while building strong customer relationships.

We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated individual to join our team as a Mako Field Service Representative. The responsibilities of the Mako field service representative include undertaking customer support tasks, completing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and tests, and ensuring proper task management so that all work progresses according to the schedule.

To be a successful Mako field service representative, you should have excellent analytical and time management skills. Ultimately, a first-class Mako field service representative should have strong leadership and service skills, they should be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision to achieve the desired outcomes.

What you will do :

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have demonstrated high degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.
• You have demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers is necessary.
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Italy Pay Ranges:

• Italy : €39.300 - €65.500 EUR Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role.
