Stryker Italy is seeking a Mako Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical support, installation, repair, maintenance and testing of Mako robotic devices. The role requires strong problem-solving ability and the skill to build solid customer relationships while meeting schedules.

We expect a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and proven analytical, time-management and communication skills. You will work independently with minimal supervision to achieve outstanding service outcomes.

We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated individual to join our team as a Mako Field Service Representative. The responsibilities of the Mako field service representative include undertaking customer support tasks, completing on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and tests, and ensuring proper task management so that all work progresses according to the schedule.

To be a successful Mako field service representative, you should have excellent analytical and time management skills. Ultimately, a first-class Mako field service representative should have strong leadership and service skills, they should be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision to achieve the desired outcomes.

What you will do :

• You will provide on-site technical support and performing customer support tasks.


• You will deliver, instal, repair, maintain and test Mako robotic devices.


• You will resolve operational issues in the field.


• You will identify any issues and perform troubleshooting procedures.


• You will determine customer needs and offering recommendations.


• You will collaborate with colleagues and share information to ensure first-rate customer support.


• You will manage work progress and ensure adherence to schedules.


• You will track down and document work progress, and complete service reports.


• You will develope and maintain a strong customer relationships.

Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• You have demonstrated high degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.


• You have demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers is necessary.


• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Italy Pay Ranges:

• Italy: €39.300 - €65.500 EUR Annual
