WTW's Work & Rewards Business offers services across three practices: Rewards Data Intelligence, Executive Compensation & Board Advisory, and Work, Rewards & Careers. The team designs and delivers reward strategies, leveraging global surveys and benchmarking for Italian and Swiss-headquartered clients.

As a Business Development Manager you will grow the business, manage client relationships and sell remuneration data, compensation software and data-based solutions, partnering with clients on

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation or HR consultancy.
• Interest in consulting across world-wide clients in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in Compensation & Benefits.
• Self-starter, initiative-taker, able to work independently but also cooperatively in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, accurate and with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required.

Mansioni

• Develop trusted client relationships by ensuring high quality consulting advice and service.
• Roll out industry-specific compensation survey(s) allowing you to advise and consult with companies on their rewards practice and broader HR challenges.
• Contribute to new business development by raising client awareness of products and services and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide and sell up-to-date insights, industry and market focused benchmark reports.
• Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively with colleagues in Europe.
• Coach people within the team.
