JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Reverse Logistics Team Lead to manage returns, exchanges and repairs for JD.com. You will supervise daily operations, drive efficiency, and reduce costs while sustaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field and 3+ years in reverse logistics with leadership experience. Strong analytics, WMS proficiency, and people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in reverse logistics or supply chain, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams, data-driven decision making, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reverse logistics operations: inbound processing, quality inspection, repair coordination, outbound disposition.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize reverse logistics, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs such as return rates, processing times, and resolution rates; implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with customer service, warehousing, and quality control to streamline workflows.
• Manage inventory of returned products with accurate record-keeping and handling.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports on team performance, process efficiency, and costs.
