Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to guide store teams in delivering a memorable in-store experience for customers. You’ll manage daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure smooth teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
