Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Leader at our Tring Superstore. You will lead a store team during nights, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. The role involves working across departments, communicating clearly, and stepping in for the Manager when required.

Base pay starts at £15.59 per hour, with a £2.35 night premium for hours between midnight and 6am. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some locations offering 12-hour roles as well.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
