Missoni is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of its luxury retail network, ensuring excellence and consistency across stores. The role collaborates with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain and other corporate functions to optimize store processes and deliver an outstanding client experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about luxury retail, with 2–4 years in similar roles and strong Excel/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and retail systems is a plus.

• Monitor store performance through operational KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses.
• Coordinate retail operational activities, ensuring timely execution of company initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance store efficiency.

Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and retail systems is considered a plus.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
