Louis Vuitton in Rome is seeking a Learning Manager to support, develop and empower retail teams in delivering the client experience. You will train on selling skills, product knowledge and coaching, aligning with brand culture and business goals.

Based in Rome, you will spend time coaching in stores across the network, liaising with Corporate/EMEA on training projects, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and English in professional setting.
• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• Solid experience in Learning and Training.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong training delivery skills and presentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder influence.
