Louis Vuitton in Rome is seeking a Client Advisor to be a brand ambassador and ensure every client receives the Louis Vuitton promise. You will identify needs and guide clients through the brand, and proactively reach out to clients to achieve boutique goals.

You will build long-term relationships using clienteling tools, master product knowledge, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to team success while adhering to brand standards.

Competenze

• Strong clienteling skills and experience in retail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercially driven mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Proficiency in English (B2); additional languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of IT systems.
