Louis Vuitton in Roma is seeking an In Store VM to join the Visual Merchandising team. You will manage all categories of the store, implementing guidelines aligned with our VM strategy and reporting to Store Manager and VM Manager.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for fashion, is fluent in Italian and English, and offers flexible availability including overnight shifts as required to protect LV image and drive business through VM activities.

Competenze

• Experience applying VM guidelines and store branding.
• Strong communication with store teams and managers.
• Knowledge of local market and LV image and standards.

Mansioni

• Guarantee the correct application of VM rules, information and Zone guidelines in boutique by selecting and adapting them according to product availability and local needs.
• Guarantee the achievement of business objectives through VM activities, keeping the right balance between business focus and LV image.
• Strong collaboration with Area VM Manager, VM Manager and the VM team.
