Sephora Italy is seeking an experienced HRBP Retail Team to partner with Area Managers and lead HR initiatives across stores in Lombardy. The role focuses on payroll strategy, talent planning, succession reviews, and learning initiatives to support business growth.

You will drive recruitment, ensure policy compliance, and foster a climate of fair treatment and engagement while traveling to supported stores as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Mansioni

• Define payroll and people strategy in collaboration with HR leadership and area managers.
• Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; oversee talent management plans.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning with business partners across units.
• Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business strategy for assigned clients.
• Support recruitment planning with area managers and implement appropriate strategies.
• Monitor employee climate and ensure fairness across regions.
