Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. invites you to join the HRBP HQ Team in Italy as an HR professional supporting Talent Acquisition, onboarding, data quality, and organizational development initiatives. You’ll collaborate with line managers, drive HR actions, and embody Sephora values.

You’ll coordinate training programs, monitor climate, and act as a liaison across HR and facilities. Fluency in English and Italian is required; a temporary agency contract applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Assistant, etc.).
• Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Hands-on use of Generative AI tools (Copilot & Gemini) to streamline HR workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate business unit priorities into short- and mid-term HR actions.
• Manage Talent Acquisition activities with line managers: screening CVs, interviews, and hiring needs.
• Support onboarding: onboarding plans and document uploads for hiring.
• Maintain and improve HR data quality across systems and HR reporting (headcount, turnover, engagement).
• Monitor organizational climate and promote fairness across areas.
• Serve as daily communication link between line managers and HR Department.
• Act as Sephora Ambassador and participate in career days and employer branding events.
• Support training coordination and admin for key programs (RISE, LVMH Talent, MSC).
• Assist in facility and fleet management and health & safety compliance.
