Sephora Milan is looking for an HRBP Retail Team member to actively guide payroll and people strategy across stores, lead talent reviews, succession planning, and recruit top talent.

You will translate business unit strategy into HR initiatives, support Area Managers with people plans, drive training and development, ensure policy compliance, and embody Sephora values; some travel to stores is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proactive, adaptable, and aligned with Sephora’s values.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Mansioni

• Define payroll and people strategy in collaboration with HR Director and Area Managers.
• Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; oversee execution of talent plans.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning across the business unit.
• Translate business unit strategy into HR initiatives for assigned clients.
• Support Area Managers in defining people strategy and recruitment needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws; manage employee relations.
• Act as change agent and drive training strategy with L&D.
• Promote Sephora values and ambassador role.
