Stella McCartney is seeking a Retail Excellence & Training Manager to lead the global design, execution and coordination of Retail Excellence and Training initiatives across the international retail network. The Retail Excellence & Training Manager is responsible for the execution and coordination of Global Retail Excellence and Retail Training programs across the retail network globally. The role ensures the consistent implementation of retail standards, onboarding journeys, learning initiatives and client experience programs across all markets, supporting store teams through effective execution, capability building and continuous follow-up. The position acts as a key operational partner to the Global Retail Excellence, Training & Operations Director, translating global priorities into practical implementation across the retail organization.

Your Mission:

• Drive the execution and coordination of Global Retail Excellence and Retail Training initiatives across the worldwide retail network, translating global priorities into consistent and effective implementation at market and store level.
• Coordinate and monitor key Retail Excellence tools and processes, including Stella Client Experience Checklists, monthly 1-to-1s, implementation trackers and action plans, identifying recurring execution gaps and ensuring appropriate follow-up with Retail teams.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for newly appointed Store Managers and Client Style Advisors, coordinating with HR, Retail and relevant stakeholders to ensure milestones, learning activities and completion requirements are delivered consistently across markets.
• Coordinate the annual Global Retail Training Calendar and the execution of seasonal, product, brand, selling skills and commercial training priorities, managing timelines, stakeholders and delivery plans across the worldwide retail network.
• Design, develop and continuously update engaging training content and learning tools across Product, Brand, Selling Skills, Styling and Client Experience, partnering with Product Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and other relevant functions and supporting localization where required.
• Manage Stella Academy / Yoobic as the key digital learning platform for Retail, including content and e-learning module creation, platform administration, learning engagement, completion monitoring, reporting and first-level support to users.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs, supporting seasonal launches, strategic learning initiatives and continuous capability development across the retail population.
• Coordinate the implementation and continuous development of the Stella Client Experience, Styling Skills and Global Ambassadors programmes, driving engagement, sharing best practices across markets and ensuring consistency with the brand's service and client experience standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness and adoption of Retail Excellence and Training initiatives through completion rates, participation, learning engagement and client experience indicators, preparing regular reporting and using insights and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act as a key operational partner to the Global Retail Excellence, Training & Operations Director, managing project plans, deadlines, communications and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting the implementation of global Retail Excellence, Training and Client Experience projects across the organization.

Your Talent:

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Excellence, Retail Training, Learning & Development or Retail Operations, ideally within an international luxury or premium fashion environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, client experience and learning & development within a global retail organization.
• Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging training programs and learning content for retail teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, stakeholders and markets simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence different audiences across the organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with Retail teams and cross-functional corporate departments.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on approach, combined with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong digital mindset and confidence working with LMS and learning platforms; experience with Yoobic is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor KPIs, completion rates and engagement metrics and translate insights into continuous improvement actions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and availability to travel internationally when required.
