Stella McCartney is seeking a Retail Excellence & Training Manager to lead the global design, execution and coordination of Retail Excellence and Training initiatives across the international retail network. You will ensure consistent standards, onboarding journeys and client experience programs are implemented across markets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Excellence, Retail Training, Learning & Development or Retail Operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, coordinating multiple initiatives, stakeholders and markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, engaging and influencing across the organization.

Mansioni

• Drive the execution and coordination of Global Retail Excellence and Retail Training initiatives across the worldwide retail network.
• Coordinate onboarding journeys for Store Managers and Client Style Advisors with HR and Retail teams.
• Design, develop and update training content and learning tools across Product, Brand, Selling Skills and Client Experience.
• Manage Stella Academy / Yoobic as the key digital learning platform, including content creation, administration and reporting.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Monitor impact of programs via KPIs and provide regular reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
