Job summary

Aman Venice is seeking a Restaurant Manager to coordinate the ARVA Restaurant’s activities and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in Palazzo Papadopoli. You will lead the team, uphold Aman’s fine-dining standards, and oversee reservations and guest interactions.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hotel or high-end dining, fluency in Italian and English, and AIS certification or Hospitality Management degree. Strong leadership, cost awareness and service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• AIS Certificate and/or Hospitality Management degree preferred.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional language a plus.
