Aman Venice is seeking a bright F&B Host/Hostess Trainee to support the restaurant team across breakfast, lunch and service. You will be the first contact for guests, welcome them, and escort to tables while upholding Aman standards.

Fluent English and strong presentation are essential; experience with Micros is a plus. The role starts February 2027 and includes on-site training and benefits such as a monthly €550 reimbursement, laundry service, and duty meal tickets.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area; Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table.
• Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dining experience expectations of the guest are memorable.
• Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs.
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions; Support the team in managing email communications; Completing opening & closing responsibilities.
