Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. seleziona un responsabile operativo per un nuovo progetto nel settore ospitalità, con responsabilità di supervisione del servizio e gestione di KPI e redditività.

La posizione prevede la gestione e sviluppo di un team di 20-25 persone, con esperienza internazionale considerata un vantaggio e apertura a mercati esteri. Sede a Rabat, Morocco; contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Qualifications

• Gestione di strutture ristorative e catene o gruppi F&B strutturati.
• Mentalità orientata al business e redditività.
• Eccellenti capacità di leadership, energia e motivazione del team.
• Approccio imprenditoriale e forte orientamento ai risultati.
• Esperienza internazionale è un vantaggio significativo.
• Esperienza in Marocco, Medio Oriente o altri mercati internazionali sarà considerata un vantaggio.

Responsibilities

• Gestione operativa e supervisione del servizio.
• Monitoraggio KPI, costo del cibo, costo del lavoro e performance finanziaria.
• Gestione, formazione e sviluppo di un team di circa 20-25 persone.
• Esperienza cliente e qualità del servizio.
• Sviluppo del business e raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
• Lavorare a stretto contatto con il management sullo sviluppo ed evoluzione del progetto.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Solidexperience managing structuredrestaurants, restaurant chains or organisedfood & beveragegroups
• Strong business and profitability mindset
• Excellent leadership skills, energy and the ability to engage and motivate teams
• Entrepreneurial approach and strong results orientation
• International experience is a significant plus
• Previous experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets will be considered a strong advantage
