Metlen Energy & Metals in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Project Scheduler to join the M Renewables team. You will create, maintain and monitor construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met, liaising with managers and engineers to address issues.

The role requires 2+ years in planning within construction, strong IT skills with MS Project, and knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus. Italian and English proficiency are essential.

• 2+ years of experience as planner in construction
• High attention to detail and methodological approach
• Strong IT skills with MS Project; Primavera P6 knowledge a plus
• Proficiency in Italian and English

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain and monitor construction schedules to meet deadlines
• Liaise with managers and engineers to track progress and resolve issues
• Produce progress reports and forecasts for teams, clients and Director as directed by PM
• Identify shortcomings and propose action plans for cost reduction
• Prepare tender plans to support bids
• Handle planning, reporting and monitoring activities per pipeline
