Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Project Scheduler to join the M Renewables team. You will create, maintain and monitor construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met, liaising with managers and engineers to address issues.

The role requires 2+ years in planning within construction, strong IT skills with MS Project, and knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus. Italian and English proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and monitor construction schedules to meet deadlines

• Identify shortcomings and propose action plans for cost reduction
• Prepare tender plans to support bids
• Handle planning, reporting and monitoring activities per pipeline

We're currently looking for aProject Schedulerto join our M Renewables team in Italy in ourMilanoffices.

Your role will encompass

• Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
• Liasing with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams members, client and stakholders as directored by Project Manager and Director
• Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts
• Producing tender plans to support bids
• Activities related to planning, reporting and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline

What you bring to the role

• 2+ previous working experience as plannerwithin the construction industry
• High attention to details
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Project
• knowledge of Primavera P6 would be a plus
• Methodological approach
• Italiand and English knowledge

Compensation & Contractual Framework

The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €35,100, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
Applicable CCNL: MetalmeccanicoCNA Level / Inquadramento: B1/B2

The final compensation may reflect the candidate's relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
