METLEN Energy & Metals in Milan seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to drive procurement and logistics for EPC renewable energy projects across the lifecycle. You will source materials, manage supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with Project Directors and cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget.

The role emphasizes sourcing excellence, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and Legal to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of procurement, logistics, or supply chain experience in EPC, construction, industrial, infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, logistics coordination and supply chain operations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English; proficient in ERP systems (SAP).

Mansioni

• Manage procurement activities for EPC renewable energy projects; align with budgets and schedules.
• Lead supplier engagement: RFQs, analysis, evaluations, and contract execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and compliance with requirements.
• Act as procurement partner to Project Directors/Managers; provide status updates and mitigations.
• Coordinate procurement with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Quality, Legal, and central Procurement.
• Oversee logistics and material deliveries to project sites; ensure timely material flow.
• Support EPC tendering with supplier sourcing and market intelligence.
• Maintain procurement documentation and reporting in line with governance.
