ILOS Energy is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to drive the commercial delivery of renewable energy projects from late-stage development through construction, handover and start of operations. You will manage budgets, liquidity and risks, coordinate across development, engineering, procurement and construction teams, and ensure alignment with business cases and contract obligations.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing complex renewable energy or capital-intensive projects through development, financing and delivery stages.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting, liquidity management and project reporting.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across development, engineering, procurement, construction, finance and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contract management and commercial negotiations for EPC and related agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to understand complex technical, commercial and financial matters and drive practical risk mitigation.
• Fluent in English, with additional European language skills advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from late-stage development through construction and handover to operations.
• Oversee budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, liquidity and guarantee requirements with accurate forecasting.
• Maintain financial models and ensure accurate project valuation and reporting.
• Assess techno-economic options to optimise cost, timing and risk across projects.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, project finance and external partners.
• Support contract negotiations and manage commercial interfaces including TSA, BOP, O&M and grid/ppa matters.
• Provide project reporting to management and investors with mitigation plans for deviations.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and approvals for contracts and investments.
